I loved this article as hard as it was for an SRE to read! The article is really spot on in. It's hard to get management buy in though, because fear of vendor lock-in, the desire to be cloud agnostic, and data center driven architecture prevent a NoOps view from taking hold. You have to accept a cloud vendor's more highly opinionated architectures to take advantage of NoOps. If you see DevOps as a job to be performed rather than a an architectural style or way of automating things, you'll never get there. Communicating the vision is huge so I'm grateful for this article. I will be referencing it in the future. :D
